You can change your delivery address as long as the order has not been shipped out already. If the order has already been shipped we can change the delivery address at an additional cost.

Unfortunately since all of our products are customised we are unable to take returns. The only time we can take returns are when there is a manufacturer's error.
Once you confirm your order we can not change it unless we have to cancel the order and make a new one. In this situation we have to charge a mould cost plus production cost added to the cost of the products made thus far. We will work with you the best we can to rectify this issue.
Once an order has been placed we make the mould for the lanyards in a very short time. In this case we have to charge you for the mould plus any products that have been thus far been made.
